The shipping was slow
The shipping was slow, but it sure was worth the wait! The jersey I ordered is really high quality! It exceeded my expectations!

I was looking for a nice Detroit Tigers…
I was looking for a nice Detroit Tigers jersey to wear for the home opener and they made me a beautiful jersey with my name on it. Fits perfect and looks sharp! Very well made and they are kind, polite and professional. Responds quickly to any questions and really seem to care. Much respect!

The jersey is great, delivery time sucked
The jersey is great, just what I expected. But it took a month to get here, from New Jersey. I purchased the jersey for a specific occasion, a Jazz game, and the jersey got here a week late. So, great jersey, too long to deliver,

The personalized Jerseys were PERFECT!!
The order was PERFECT - just as described and I am very appreciative! The only thing that was not superior was the communication about when the jerseys would be delivered. When I reached out to inquire, they were VERY prompt with a reply - but I still had no idea when I would get them! They finally arrived today, about 8.5 weeks after order and they couldn’t be more perfect! Thank you!

I got a custom NFL jersey
I got a custom NFL jersey. Aside from it taking 6 weeks to get to me, because it got lost in the mail. Not the end of the world, because I wasn’t in a hurry for it. The quality was worth exactly what I paid for it. I wasn’t expecting it to be “pro shop” quality and to be honest was pleasantly surprised as to how it came out. The major problem I have is that it came to me two sizes too small, making it unwearable for me. Such a bummer. Had it come in the right size, at the same quality, I would’ve gladly given four stars, despite the 6 week lead time. But the two real failures earns only two

Custom Jersey
The custom jersey I ordered for my grandsons birthday was fantastic. However, because it took almost a month to receive, I’m giving it 4 starts. I was concerned that this was a fake website initially because the package wasn’t moving so I disputed the charge. I ended up ordering from another company. But after speaking with their customer support over the course of my dispute, they sent another jersey and I received it in a timely manner. As courtesy for the inconvenience they only charged me for their cost which I appreciated.

Had a bad experience with shipping
Had a bad experience with shipping. Could not track the package and it stayed in New Jersey for 2 weeks. Finally contacted Christine in customer derangement she contacted USPS and tracked the package. Thanks to her the package arrived Monday for my grandson’s birthday
