FannieyReviews of fanniey.com

Fanniey is a total scam. The shoe products are total crap. When you ask a refund they say the return shipping is so expensive because the shipment may get lost and it is a long way. The customer service people are obviously in China. They try to get you to give the product you want to return to someone else and they will give you a %30 refund. Do not buy from Fanniey.

They ship me the WRONG size shoes. They tell me I ordered in EE Sizes when the Invoice I provided them clearly shows US Size paid in US Dollars. Then he continues to offer me discounts in future purchases and I ask myself, if they cannot ship the right item the first time, what guarantees they can ship it right the second time. He also stated that I should give the wrong item to a friend or family member as a gift and then offers me another discount for future purchases. I think this clearly indicates a SCAM. Their Customer Service Rep is named "Eric".

The shoes arrived late and the wrong size when I emailed the company they told me to give them away there reply (Is still haven't heard from them) Dear Customer, Thank you for your contact. We shipped according to your order, sorry you are not satisfied with the size of the product. Company is obviously a fraud. I ordered shoes size 10.5 wide and received size 47???? Size 47 has to be at least an inch bigger than a usa size 10.5 . A email from them said :We shipped according to your order. If you insist on returning it for an exchange, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Due to the long distance and time of transportation, the package may be lost on the way. to show our sincerity, if you would like to keep the order as a gift for your friends or family, I will apply for a 30% refund to you as compensation, and at the same time provide you with a 10% discount coupon for your next order. And Note:A. Door to door pickup is not supported. Cash on delivery is not supported.Express cabinets are not supported. B. The package must be in good condition and will not affect the secondary sales

My shoes came in small. When I tried to return them, they said give them as a gift to a friend or family member. I got screwed out of $40 buck. If I could give this company less than a one star I would. Scam....stay away.
