If there was a ZERO star option, I'd choose that. Shoes arrived after a lenghty period of time. They are at least 3 sizes too big. I reached out to company 4 times before getting response. After many emails, they basically told me I was out of luck..I had to pay for my own shipping & return may get lost in mail resulting in no credit to us. They said their company is not doing well & most they can offer is to give 50% back!!! Asked if we could give to family member...said its because we ordered a wide. They used every excuse in book. Ive been dealing with them for over 5 weeks now. I pointed out their website says satisfaction guaranteed & returns accepted. I blame my husband for ordering from shady company!!! PLEASE DONT WASTER YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I have all the emails for when they try to lie again

I ordered US 91/2 Wide they sent me 10 1/2,said that they sent the wright order,they said if I returned them I would have to pay for shipping back to China, then they offered me 10% credit and said give shoes to a family member,then said because of THEIR ECONOMICAL CRISIS the most they could give me is 50% I told them I would take $45, refunded me the same day.

Terrible shoes, very uncomfortable, and don't seem to want to take a return. Will protest the charge on my credit card.

I found the Fanniey mens shoe ad on the internet while looking at the morning news. The ad stated "Fast refund 100% money back guarantee" and "100% Risk Free Purchase." I ordered a pair of US size 7 1/2 shoes. It took over two weeks to receive the shoes. When I tried one of them on it was obvious the the shoe was not size 7 1/2 US as I could not even get my whole foot in the shoe because it was so small. I contacted the company via email requesting a refund. The response indicated that I should give the shoes away because of the high cost of shipping the shoes back to the company. I responded that their suggestion was not acceptable. They then responded that I should keep the shoes and they would refund 50% of the price because the shoes might "get lost" during the return process. I have since searched the internet for reviews of this company and have found that the vast majority of the review ratings are a "1" with similar stories. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future.

This company shows a quality looking item on their site but a cheap knock-off arrives instead. Try returning item and they give many excuses offering a 30% off on further purchases. Who wants more junk from them. Never ever buy from this company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase shoes, they are cheaply made. Made in China, no good.
