I order 2 pair of shoes for my husband with their claim of their guarantee. We love the shoes but my husband needs a bigger size and we just want to exchange. The only way to contact them is through email and their response is, they are sorry I want a refund but it is too complicated so just give them to someone who may like them and we will give you a 10% discount on your next order. I am so frustrated, they are horrible to deal with!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased 2 pair of shoes. They are advertised as leather but are actually plastic. I requested a refund and received the same reply as another reviewer about 10-20% discount for another purchase, and to give them to a friend or family member. My mistake for not checking them out ahead of time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company Fanniey is a total scam and fraud! Their website says the shoes are made in Italy. They came in a box with Chinese characters all over it. They have no shoes size or country of origin marked anywhere on the shoes. The insole is some kind of Styrofoam that is not attached and is half an inch too short for the shoe. If this is packaging then that would mean there is no insole in the shoe. I ordered a size one over so I could wear extra socks in the winter. The shoes are too small even with no socks. These shoes are a total scam. These were advertised on MSN.COM (Part of Microsoft) so I thought I could trust that they would not be supporting scam products. Boy was I naïve. Apparently Microsoft does not do any due diligence on their advertisers. This is a bad mark on Microsoft. Wake up Microsoft, I have always had a good impression of you in the past. I don't want to bash Microsoft too bad since I do own stock in the company. This is just a blatant hint to throw Fanniey off of the MSN.COM platform before it does more damage to the MSN and Microsoft brand. I am hereby editing my review. I did a little research and must retract my rebuke of MSN and Microsoft above. This add has the AdChoices logo on it so it appears that they are the responsible party for vetting the adds that I followed in this scam. Sorry Microsoft and MSN. I am not going to reword my whole review. I am just adding this disclaimer. I have had enough irritation with Fanniey. I rest my case.

Cheap sneakers, I never bought any shoes or sneakers online before. Now I know why, I ordered a size 8 and got 81/2. They seem OK so far, bought them in the summer and just put them on Sun. We'll see how long they last. Not thinking they will last long, time will tell. I'll never buy anything online, not sure why I took a chance with this company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Scammers! They don't want to honor their 100% full refund policy and instead want to refund you 10 or 20% and then have you give the shoes to a friend or relative and not return them. I never received a refund from them at all, ZERO, ZIP, NOTHING!!! SHOES ARE CHEAPLY MADE WITH A VERY VERY THIN INSERT! STAY AWAY.....

I ordered shoes online and was sent the wrong size. I contacted fanniey.com to exchange the shoes for the right size and was given the run-a-round. I will donate shoes to charity and call it a lesson learned - do not do business with this company.

try to returned item, I order a size 10 instead I got size 10 from china, try to returned them and never got my money back, so I will try to talk to my credit card company instead. never buy shoes from this company

I have only myself to blame but come on this is near criminal misrepresentation. Pay attention folks these too good to be true deals are total Bull ......
