Ordered 3 pairs of shoes/sandals at size 10 received all 3 and was pleased with quality. The shoes were correct size, but the 2 sandals are the wrong size marked 45 which according to their site is a size 11. Contacted them by email the same day I received them. First they offered 10% refund and wanted me to pay return. Then they offered 30%, a week later they offered 80% today they offered 30% but increased it to 80% when I mentioned it. They keep telling me how expensive it will be to return them. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I just want the right size 10 or 10.5. I dont need a refund and I do not want to give them my credit card #. followup: this month they said they'd send 100% refund but nothing so far (2 weeks)

This so called company has changed it's name numorus times because they are deceptive and missleading. The shoes are not as advertised and run very small in size. When I tried to return the shoes they lied and said I would have to send them back to China for a refund. (not per their refund policy listed on the website) Of course they would not cover the shipping and that was going to be about $70. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get them to reverse the charges and won. All these Chinese company's want to do is sell you inferior products and not take care of their customers.

Ordered (2) pairs size 11 Wide shoes. Both pair received and the day I received them on 8/9 did not fit. Contacted Fanniey right away. They have a 30 day return policy on their website, but they don't want to return the shoes and only offered 10% refund. I refused. I have been going back and forth with them ever since and their percentage of refund slowly goes up. I am up to 90% which is still unacceptable. I filed a complaint with my American Express card about them. Now Fanniey is telling me that I need to contact PayPal to resolve the issue. Why should I contact PayPal when I didn't use PayPal? It's just more sorry tactics in trying not to refund my money. Cannot contact PayPal since I didn't use PayPal for the purchase. This Chinese Company needs to be banned from selling in the US period!!!! I am now getting my attorney involved.

Received these beautiful shoes...they are the WRONG SIZE.....Ordered a 9-1/2, these are obviously an 8 or smaller. Just want a refund????

Shoes didn't fit. Agreed to keep the shoes and donate the shoes. Also agreed for a $3.80 refund and a discount on next purchase. I have contacted Fanniey numerous times for my refund. They keep stringing me along saying the refund was credited to my paypal account. NO refund has been issued!!

Do NOT order from them!!! My father ordered shoes. They sent him the wrong size then told home to gift them to someone else that would like them and would give 10% off his next purchase.
