Awesome customer service ! The product was exactly as I expected, overall communication at it's best!! Very pleased with my new jacket , I will be ordering another this year!

Ordered and received my Taboo coat. It is exactly as pictured. The fit is perfect and gorgeous as an overcoat. I’ve gotten several compliments. After placing my order I had a couple of questions which were promptly answered by the team at FanJackets. The coat arrived in less than two weeks. Packaged nicely. I am very happy and have already placed a 2nd order.

I’ll admit, I was really skeptical about the quality of my jacket. Once received, I have to admit it was really well made and of great quality. My experience with customer service was also really great, they were attentive and answered my emails quickly. As soon as I received my order and I actually saw the coat, I got back online and found my next purchase!

Shopping experience was fun. Received my jacket yesterday and fits like a glove. The product itself looks very cool, collar is nice, pockets are extra large, and featured belt is also connecting pretty easily. I am super pressed by it and I hope this will stay with me for many years. Everyone reacted to my jacket when I was wearing it with casual clothes. Most importantly, my dog decided not to chew it so my jacket is safe :D

The jacket I ordered was a month late. When I received it, the quality was not very good and the fit was not very well. I asked for a return. I was told I could send it back at my own expense and would have to pay a 50% restocking fee which does not say on the website. They also gave me another option which was to keep the jacket and take a $85 partial refund. I took that because if I sent it back between shipping and restocking I would receive less the $85 back. I will not purchase from here again.

Buyer beware! Blatant falsehoods! I bought a coat for my husband for Christmas. Their website claims, and now I'm pulling the actual quote, "We at Fanjackets are committed to never compromise on quality or give false commitments, and follow a clear policy because we value our customers and want you to know everything before you buy. We accept returns on all items, no quibble and always make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of shipping. It applies to faulty products, unopened and unused products that are in their original packaging." This is blatantly false. The jacket, although it had nothing but 5-star reviews (perhaps this should have been a warning), and although it claims to be "100% screen accurate," does not look like what is represented on the screen. The colors are off, the look is like that of a rain coat type material instead of even PU leather, and one certainly wouldn't pay the $128 that I paid for it. In any case, I wrote their customer service in order to return it. They DID respond rather promptly, to their credit, but the responses have been nothing but evasions. In the first one, they asked to see pictures of the product that I received, which confused me but I thought that perhaps they want to make sure that the tags were still on the product. I sent the pictures and asked, once more, for a return address and how we could go about that process. They responded by NOT providing any return instructions (and if you actually study their website, you won't find any return instructions such as mailing address, etc.), and told me that I can exchange the jacket for another jacket and only then will they provide me with a return address, that the jacket looks fine and "quality" and that I can chose to resell it or give it as a gift. They offered me a $50 partial refund at the end of the email and that's it. Now, that would be fine if they made that clear to their customers before the customer bought their product, but they represent the exact opposite on their website. Please, do not make the same mistake as I did in buying from this website. Their product is not as represented and they do not accept returns for the full price you paid.

My awesome brown leather jacket arrived yesterday (total 7 days as committed by the website). It looks great for the mentioned price, the quality is super cool but above all, it fits me like a glove. I also received a free coupon code email for an extra 10% OFF on my next purchase and would suggest every buyer to regularly check their emails (after placing an order) just in case there is an offer or a free gift.

Great quality and stitching, much warmer than it looks. Comfortable and stylish, very little wait time for shipping.
