I'm impressed with this company! I ordered a Shearling Bomber Jacket from them. I had never ordered a jacket from them before. I hadn't heard anything as far as tracking. So I kept checking every day and it said in process. I emailed the company and they responded and said the carrier had lost the package and asked me if I wanted to continue with the process. I said yes. They said they would try to locate it and if they didn't they would reprocess the item. Long story short, they sent it to me Express and compensated me with a discount which I thought was very nice. The customer service was great and I absolutely LOVE the jacket. It does look like genuine leather and shearling. They even gave me a traveling bag for it. I would probably order from this company again. The quality is excellent.

Perhaps my purchase is an anomaly but I'd avoid this site. Ordered a B3 bomber jacket on Dec. 2 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Jacket arrived the evening before Christmas and was quite a disappointment. While the faux shearling was thick and cozy, the leather was thin and extremely cheap looking - looks like vinyl more than leather and is so thin it will rip right through as opposed to scratch the supposed leather. Also be aware of the return policy as the customer has to pay for returns AND the return has to be IN THEIR HAND within 30 days of purchase - meaning you'd need to spend almost as much as the product to get an overnight guaranteed delivery.

Wow! That’s all I can say to describe these guys. They make miracles happen. My replacement jacket got here by 12:00 PM on Christmas Eve just as they promised and it had to be specially ordered all the way from Karachi Pakistan. How they made this happen I have no idea. They are very quick to respond to email and very thorough in their responses which makes for great customer service! The jacket itself is GORGEOUS! It is so soft and such high quality! I will never buy another jacket again without going through FanJackets first! Thank you for making my husband’s Christmas gift a huge success!

Love the Lambskin jacket great wear with my western boots

So I ordered a jacket for my wife for christmas. I ordered it Decmber 10th. i was given two shipping options at check out free(no shipping time listed) and $10 (5-6 days shipping) i paid the $10 to make sure it would be here in time. it is now the 17th and i received tracking. in seven days it has made it from Pakistan to dubai....... yeah I will not have this in time for christmas and will now have to get some thing else for my wife. realistically there was no way i was getting this in 5-6 days from pakistan what bullsh**. get your lead times right. *************UPDATE***************** I have changed my review from a one star to five star as I contacted them via email about my grievance. they replied promptly and took corrective action to get me my ordered product. Today is the 19th and I have received the jacket. they overnighted me a new product as the other was lost in shipping. they also provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. as a business owner I understand mistakes happen it is how they are corrected and handled that makes all the difference. they handled it very well and resolved my issue promptly. I am also very happy with the jacket it is of much higher quality than expected for the price. I would definitely purchase again.

I have ordered 4 coats from fan over the last few yrs and every experience has been great. Not only fast shipping and great service but really nice coats.
