I gave them the wrong email address (my mistake) but after that they responded very quickly and I got my tuxedo jacket very quickly with DHL. Unfortunately I ordered an oversized size, but Fanjacket gave me a nice discount on the new one, so I ordered a smaller jacket and now I’m looking forward to it. The first jacket was ok, a little wrinkled, but I’m pretty sure I can iron it easily.

I recently purchased a jacket from Fan Jackets and was a very satisfied customer. The coat arrived in 4 business days, and was great quality. It had a funny smell when I took it out of the plastic packaging, but I contacted the customer service dept and they advised me to hang it in fresh air for a few days. They told me if this was not satisfactory, they would refund me $40 to put towards a professional clean. I felt this was more than fair. I usually wear size xs or s, so according to the chart I purchased a small. It fits perfect, but no room allowed to put a heavy sweater underneath in the colder weather. I considered exchanging for a larger size, but now I have an excuse to buy another style in a larger size😉. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company, I will in the future. Phenomenal jacket

Shopping for my wife's jacket was seamless. I bought it for her birthday. It came much sooner than I anticipated, but she loves it and that's all that matters to me. I will be shopping for my jacket very soon. Thanks Fan Jacket!

Fan Jackets is a really amazing website. I ordered Dean Winchester Jacket. It looks exactly the same as Dean's and the quality is also amazing! I can see myself wearing it in Calgary's cold weather.

The jacket I bought myself was so well-made, fits so perfectly and was such a bargain, I bought my husband one too. I was leery of buying something online at first but I’ll never feel that way about this company again. They are amazing
