Had I made this review last year, it would've been 5 stars. I've purchased 3 coats from these folks. My husband's Sherlock coat is by far the best. Zero problems. My 2 coats are more problematic. Last fall, I liked my husband's coat so much, I decided to get a Jodie Whittaker 13th Doctor coat. I absolutely LOVE this coat. It was too cold to wear when I bought it, so it didn't start being worn until this spring & fall. I've worn it maybe 6 or 7 times. And I noticed what I thought was smudges along the sleeve. Upon inspection-- the entire inner collar & inside of the sleeves are all pilling. Enough that I'm not sure it's wearable any longer-- not unless I get it shaved or something. But far worse than a little routine pilling is the rotten fish smell wafting off the the leather jacket I ordered a few weeks ago. I ordered it early October, received it last week, and it had a mild aroma that wasn't pleasant. The instructions said to air it out for a few hours. Well, the longer I aired it out-- the worse the smell got. It's completely unwearable & doing a little googling I learned that the fish smell comes from unfiltered fish oils used in the tanning process. What's even worse-- when I contacted the company, they told me to send the jacket back, after it's dry cleaned, and they'd give me 35% of my purchase price back, maybe, after it's inspected. Their instructions upon receipt-- the instructions that came with the jacket that told me to air out the smelly coat-- said not to dry clean & not to remove the tags. So, they're contradicting their instructions & telling me to have a leather coat that's never been worn dry cleaned. And then maybe I'll be lucky to get 35% of my money back. For poorly tanned leather that smells like a dead fish. Stay away from this company. Stay far away.

As advertised! This company has it dialed in. Starting with communication, from the point of purchase up until shipping this group kept me informed the entire way. they answered my questions promptly and was well aware of any supply chain issues that may of affected my purchase and delivery. In fact they informed me from the gitco of a potential delay in shipping above and beyond their normal shipping time frames. Secondly,the package arrived and the Jacket was exactly as pictured. In fact this jacket is very cook and stylish..Def a coat to wear in Manhattan or LA, quilted leather is hard to make, and this one looks better than a burberry. being in business, im amazed how this company can perform international mfg,and ship their products as efficiently as they have... Great company and great product
