Fan JacketsReviews of fanjackets.com

Quality coats and excellent customer service. I needed to return a coat because the style and size were not good for me. Great communication and professional service. Highly recommend!

Was my first purchase and was a great please to do business with the company and Moses. Quality at a fair price.

Beware these jackets run small! I received this jacket as a gift. I am a women's size Med. My jacket was a med. It was way to small. I was able to return it for a Large. The Large is still too small. I wanted to return it for the next size which is an XL. I am a small person so the large should of fit. They told me that I would have to return the large to get a refund then order a new jacket. So I have to wait for who know how long for a refund before I can order another jacket that might still have the same issues with sizing. I was going to order a different style this time. The also gave me an option of a partial refund it I kept the jacket. Why would I want a partial refund it for a jacket that does not fit me? That was a red flag to me. I wanted to talk to them on the phone but there are not phone numbers to be found to call them. You can only reach them by email.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the people at fanjackets! I ordered a jacket for myself for Christmas, when it arrived it was too small. They gave me several options as to how they could resolve my issue. I chose to return the coat for a full refund. I was asked to donate the coat to a local charity and provide proof of donation for a full refund! This warmed my heart ❤️ I chose to donate it to a local woman's shelter, all I can say is good for you fanjackets! You made a woman feel very special and happy this Christmas! Thank you for that! I wish more online companies had these values, the world would be a much better place💕 I would not hesitate to order from Fanjackets again!

Great customer service and a great leather jacket.

I placed an order for a product, then I received the product. I am happy with the product.

Great jacket and great customer service! I ordered this jacket because I finally found exactly the style I wanted -- when the first one arrived damaged, due to a problem in shipping and not by FanJackets, I was disappointed. But FanJackets made the return and exchange easy and pleasant. My new one arrived quickly, perfect in style and true to size. I am going to be the best dressed chaperone at the prom!

I ordered a purple lambskin motojacket. I went by the company's size chart an ordered a 2XL. Jacket came to me within a week but was too small. I iniated a return and replace with a 3XL. Fan Jackets made my return super easy and pleasant. This company paid for all of shipping to and from very fast. I will definitely order from them again. Their Customer Service was very helpful and nice!
