Fan JacketsReviews of fanjackets.com

The jacket that I purchased for my wife for our anniversary was ALL that and some more. She said that the jacket was comfortable and warm. Looking forward to purchasing another one. Thanks fan jacket

The jacket I ordered is really nice and fits well. Customer service very helpful.

This company is the typical E commerce jokers who don’t make contact other than email hopping back and forth. I purchased a black winter leather lined jacket and what was shipped was a tan waist coat jacket that was $80 less in price with no invoice in the bag. I emailed back and they responded back with requesting proof of said mix up… I sent eight pictures of the jacket back and the responded back “we’re sorry her at fan jackets, no need to ship back the jacket in error, we’re sending out the jacket you paid for and discounting you purchase $15 for the hassle if you accept!” I accepted the deal! Five days later I get a new email from the same person stating as soon as I send back the jacket at my expense they’ll ship out my jacket!!! SO GLAD I DID MY PURCHASE VIA PayPall ! Filed a grievance with them and now canceled the item… I have a sneaky suspicion that the jacket in no longer available and this is how the deal with customers getting away with clearing things up… Although reviews here seem to be great ( which I checked before my purchase ) I’d May think twice before spending $250.00 like I’d did… SENCE THIS REVIEW HAS POSTED THE COMPANY FANS JACKETS HAS TOUCHED OUT TO ME AND CORRECTED THIS SITUATION BY HAVING ALREADY REFUNDING MY THE MONEY I PAID VIA PAYPAL AS WELL AS STATING THEIR SENDING OUT MY PURCHASE FREE OF CHARGE. Only problem is I have procured purchasing the same jacket through a different company, thereby having two of these jackets now. I have changed my rating now to a three as a result.

Product shipped on time as ordered and very protected in shipping materials.

Coat came quickly, it is stylish and great quality. My husband loves it! I did have to return it for a larger size. So far, customer service has been great (easy to return). Waiting on larger size (has been about a week). Communication is easy and I would buy from Fan Jackets again.

I ordered a men's Rip Black cotton Trucker Jacket. I had ordered a XL. But after washing it shrunk just a little bit. I contacted Fan Jacket they sent a return label. And replaced it with a 2XL. Fan Jacket was the best and easiest company I've done business with. And my husband just loves his Rip Trucker Jacket. Thank you Fan Jacket Linda

My new Fav Jacket Absolutely in love with this Jacket!!! It is just perfect! And I love how it arrives and also the caring instructions that comes with for taking the best care of your forever favorite jacket!! Great job guys!!! Highly recommend!!!
