Too much of disparity between what you pay and what you get. The percentages of hitting should be closer.

I love the process but upon checkout it’s really hard if you’re not really paying attention of voting were sending to your house so now I need to spend extra money to send to my house because I accidentally sent to vault

As a seller I’ve found this platform easy to use. Fees are better than eBay. I also have a real human contact (Jed) who is extremely helpful. Highly recommend

I like how they obtain the item first before posting it. Meaning a seller can’t back out

Customer service team took over a week to respond to me about an urgent. Absolutely unacceptable especially for how much money I’ve spent on their app as a loyal customer.
