The Federal Government website is not very user friendly and I was spending literally hours trying to obtain the certifications I needed. I was skeptical at first hiring an outside source, but Cortney at FAMR was fantastic! She immediately got on the case, processed the applications on her side, held my hand through the parts I needed to handle and BOOM, we are all good to go!

Luke was very friendly, helpful and responsive. From the moment he first reached out, I was confident this process would go smoothly. All of his time estimates were met and nothing came as a surprise. He took an otherwise painful process and made it quite smooth.
