Many times along the way, my husband and I felt uninformed or uneducated about how to proceed to the next task. We were very frustrated with this system even wondering if we wasted our time and money. There is a definite lack of follow through with coordination. My husband and I feel that we learned very little, some staff appear to be lacking expertise on subject matters and professionalism. VetBiz was more informed about operating agreement then FAMR staff. I am really hoping FAMR is worth the return on investment.

We are very very please on how quick and proffessional these preciuos people work hard to bring in results. They walk with us in every step of the way and with compassion.We have been treated with high respect and in a very proffessional manner. We would recommend federal award management to everyone and believe us we called many other organizations before we found federal award management and thank God we did..thank you dawn and hali at federal award management for thier 200% in putting us first and for thier highest respect and proffessional work.

I was impressed with the amount of professionalism everyone exhibited. They were very thorough . It was a pleasure to work with them.

Dawn is very helpful but other than that its a rip off and a scam. Over 6 months in and the contracts they send arent even in my NCIS code. Save your money and time. False hopes, lues, and empty promises

The associates who work with FAMR are professional, cordial, and care more about the customers' success, than a computer. I wouldn't do business with anyone else.
