Blaise has been very helpful to my wife (Grace) and I concerning the Federal Award Management process. This is the beginning of our second year of certification, and we are still learning the system. I have called and spoken with Blaise on several occasions, and he has always answered my questions and made us feel at ease. We have scheduled phone appointments with him and he has always been prompt and available. We have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, and we are looking forward to the information we will receive to increase our bottom line.
