I had reservations about investing into FAMR due to not having a job when I decided to start my business Global 1 Management Medical Group. I decided to trust God and step out on "FAITH." Shana Richardson's voice did not sound like a sales person as she explained to me all that was needed to get my business up and going. Everything that Shana mentioned to me; I had already failed trying to do it on my own (unbeknownst to her knowledge of where I was in the startup of my business). Shana also told me about the Point of Contact team. Nicole Halle, Blaise McCorry, and Dawn Schneider has been by my side via email and phone. They are professional and also speak as if they have been co-workers on a team but working in different departments of an organization. I have told others about FAMR and they look forward to FAMR starting their business.

The experience was a bit tedious but it was exactly what we expected. We are very happy we completed the process and look forward to taking advantage of the benefits of being a women veteran certified business owner.

I have always been somewhat skeptical of putting my trust into certain things that claim to help you, because I have been taken advantage of so often in the past by companies looking to make a dollar. FAMR is not like that, not only do they assist you in getting through the paper work portion, they walk you through each and every process, to get you to the place of bidding on government contracts. Ivy Orberholtzer, and Nicole Halle, are two phenomenal women that are absolutely great at what they do. This could not have happened with out them. No question is a bad question. He lets you know he is here for you. He is patient, knowledgeable and is detailed in his instructions and follow ups.
