Maria was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - responded immediately to my requests, handled all of the legwork.

I contacted your office and spoke to Victoria who helped me tremendously and explained everything I needed to do. She was on the phone helping me navigate the application process. Once the application was in I was handed off to Maria who then kept me informed of what was happening and where I was with the status of the application. I could have felt in better hands. Both Victoria and Maria were excellent and extremely friendly in contacting and always wanting to do what ever possible to make this process as easy as possible.

The WOSB certification is on the final approval process. I am eagerly waiting for this certification. I wanted to thank Dawn Schneider, WOSB Certification Specialist, for her professionalism detail-oriented, who walk me through the process, by sharing her resorces closely so I can undderstand what to look for. Waiting anxiously to receive my WOSB approval soon. Justin Sanchez, Registration Specialist helped me a lot on Sam and Cage Code registration approval. A fantastic organisation! With good people. Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. This team is really informed. My initial advisor Jessica Fletcher was really helpful with efficient communication and great people skills. Amazing! How she explained the process and if I had a question I could contact her via email with very quick response times. I could even call and she would really talk and answer my questions and she would even ask me questions. She kept me informed. She even checked on me sometimes. My onboarding specialist Brittanii Manston was really nice too. She introduced herself and reiterated that she was here to help. She explained where I was at in the process and kept walking me through it. She actually fixed a few errors I had made on my questionnaire. I think, I had just asked Jessica about a few mistakes I thought I had made and right then Brittani was already emailing me, letting me know she had already corrected my mistakes. Great communication within the team as well. My point of contact Stephanie Kingston is absolutely wonderful. She keeps me updated with all the latest news things to look for and pay attention to.
