I’m not good with words, so this will be short. Filling out government forms is a nightmare, and in all honesty, I never DREAMED that the process of getting into SAM would be so easy and fast. The instructions were clear and straightforward, so there was almost no need for back and forth, and after I was told it’d take a few weeks to get it done, I received the final product within days. I was assigned three people to help me with setting up my account. My concern was that I am new to this so I don't know how to read the contracts or how to bid on them and none of three people could help. However my marketing specialists was good with my company marketing layout and that was it. I believe this service is expensive for the lack of communication and educating you on how to be successful on winning bids.
