I was in a tough spot, working to get my SAM account active and a CAGE number ASAP for a new organization applying for funding. Working with Maria, she took all of my worry and stress away by being a fantastic facilitator throughout the entire process. And just as she said, the process was quick and painless - and she got me everything I needed in such a quick and convenient time. I cannot recommend FAMR enough for everyone, but especially those new to this process!

The gentleman by the name if Ricker provided me with excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable, allowed me to ask questions as the call progressed, and answered all of my questions. Although I am not currently able to utilize the service at my company's current state, i will be using this service in the near future due to Ricker's detailed explanation. He made me aware of an avenue of revenue i was completely unaware of. I only called with the intention of registering as a minority owned business, Ricker did me a huge favor and educated me on what exactly i was getting myself into.
