Jessica Fletcher is AWESOME! She's easy to work with and knows her stuff!

Everything has been great! From Lora to Courtney, and then Jessica! They are a great team and always answering my many questions and calls. Being new to the bidding side of gov work I am very pleased with FAMR and very impressed with the Optitrax software. Jessica is just amazing and they definitely earned 5 stars from me.

Ms. Jessica Fletcher is amazing. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the process. She answer all questions, messages and return phone calls. I love working with her. I think she is an asset for FAMR.

Jessica was very helpful and patient, staying on the phone with me in order to navigate the very complicated Los Angeles, CA, bid website. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

I tried for months to solve my issues with my SAM registration and had given trying - which meant loss of business for me - because I couldn't take the frustration any more. FAMR was absolutely wonderful to work with, and very reasonably priced. My case was complicated but they stuck with me, fantastic communication every step of the way. They are experts at what they do, they deliver as promised. I felt in such good hands and that they honestly cared about what they did, not just because it is their job. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Because of the experience and talent of FAMR’s marketing and consulting team my company has already secured a position with an already established contracting company. I would highly recommend FAMR to any company that is either starting in this business or can use the skills of there marketing.

Working with Jessica Fletcher was a game-changer for Ares Hammer Inc. As a Digital Marketing Specialist and expert in federal award management registration, Jessica handled every aspect of our VOSB setup with professionalism and care. She patiently explained eligibility and documentation requirements, guided me through the registration processes, and double-checked everything to ensure accuracy — saving me time and avoiding costly mistakes. What impressed me most was Jessica’s help with Optitrax’s AI system. She didn’t just show features; she taught practical workflows, tailored the training to our business needs, and gave hands-on demonstrations until I felt comfortable using the platform independently. Her responsiveness, clear communication, and follow-up support made a complex process feel straightforward and manageable. If you’re a veteran-owned business needing help with federal registrations, digital strategy, or adopting AI tools like Optitrax, Jessica is the person to call. I’m extremely grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her services.
