What could have been a very laborious and confusing process with all the paperwork required for the application process was made very easy with FAMR. Dawn Schneider was great to work with, so helpful and responsive. She helped me gather everything that was needed and prepared me for the next phases, anything I didn't have she sent me examples of what I was to do. Meghan Hucke got me through the next steps of the application process and kept me in the loop of what to expect before handing me off to Susan Prado who I had my site visit with. I was a bit nervous for my site visit and Meghan mentioned that I would really like Susan Prado and that she was very nice - and nice she was! My site visit went well and since I had submitted everything Susan had requested the interview was for the most part quick and was effortless. Susan was a joy to speak with - it was fun introducing her to our 4 dogs that we have in our office via zoom as well as the rest of our Team. Susan herself is a dog lover and had her dog Gordon by her side! I worked with some great women during this certification process, and I thank them all!

To whom it may concern, Shauna Richardson was wonderful. We could not find our SAM UEI. We needed it by noon ET to submit a Federal Government Contract. I called her at 0930 ET and she responded in less than 15 minutes. I have NEVER seen such a timely response from anyone yet alone the Federal government. In addition, we had another problem that she referred us to another agency to deal with. She contacted the agency and did not just give us their contact information and wish us good luck. Finally, she was very professional and calm and pleasant. Even though we were very stressed and that helped a great deal. The gentleman named Ricker was the biggest contributing factor to going with this service. We began speaking 7 or 8 months prior . He would check in with me once every month or so just to touch base . When i finally got around to getting the service he responded rapidly.
