Worked well without any problems

FAMR was fantastic from the beginning to the very end! Dawn and Tyler were amazing along the way, and I could not have gotten things done without them.

We must be the only ones having issues. My wife and I both have businesses and signed up last year. Nothing with this company has been easy. No one follows up. "Hey how's it going? Need any help?" No one can give us a clear answer on what our next steps are when we ask a question. We get "read the contract". We've asked for a supervisor or manager multiple times, and they refuse to have someone with authority call us about our problems. Lord of the Flies with FAMR I guess. We were awarded a contract last summer and a gal that no longer works there never put in information so we could get paid. We won the contract in June, delivered our products in late August. Still haven't been paid. FAMR doesn't care, they haven't helped us. We can never talk to anyone's boss. I have a hard time believing that everyone is having a good experience except for us. To make matters worse, they have the nerve to ask us to renew our SAM registration for $500. Unfortunately, we need to have a current SAM registration to get paid. We'll do that ourselves. We wasted $3000 and a year of our life to get the shaft. I don't recommend this company. I wouldn't take what little help they've given for free. Find a local PTAC (now APEX). What a joke

When I called my representative she couldn't answer the phone but she was courteous enough to send me an email that told me she would call me back and I was so elated that she did. Thank you so, so much Mrs Jessica.

FAMR provided us with checklists of over 40 documents we needed to provide and they were always present to answer any questions and provide feedback. When we finally submitted our documents, the process was very smooth because our submissions were spot on. Plus their help in registering on many websites and navigating those sites was invaluable.
