Update: After several emails to the customer service rep, they replaced the print at no charge to me. While the process took longer than it needed to, eventually the mistake described below was corrected. I ordered a print which depicts the lyrics for Fleetwood Mac song, The Chain. According the the website Genius lyrics, which the company uses, the first word in said song is F@ck. This is contrary to nearly every other lyric website. The company acknowledged the mistake but refused to offer a refund and instead offered to provide another print for $35. The company claimed the $35 dollars was to cover material and shipping.

If the date is incorrect due to our error, there is a replacement fee. However, the date is incorrect due to your error in filling it out. At first I wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time for my anniversary, thankfully it did just the day before. It’s a beautiful piece & super thankful I made the decision to purchase it!

No one quality control checked
I tried to send an earlier review along with the picture of the product so you can see for yourself. But the picture failed to load or send. My wife thought it was a great gift idea, but someone failed to place a space between words the and broken On the front of the album . Just seems like it would be an easy mistake to catch with a very cursory glance. But we still have it hanging on our wall and we laugh about it now
