I placed an order with this company for a special occasion. I put in the notes a couple of changes to see if they were possible. Not only have I not heard from them - they processed my card the same day - there is no telephone number to contact anyone. Is this company a scam? I have already called to alert my bank but I am going to take this to another level. If they are not fulfilling their orders, and these reviews are all bogus, something needs to be done.

I didn’t expect a printed on piece of fabric. I should’ve read it clearer. I thought the album itself was acrylic.

My boyfriend loved his gift

It was a fun gift, my fiancé liked it, I wish the gold circle in the center of the record was a little more centered. Overall it was nice.

The picture came in exactly as designed and I received it sooner than expected. If I had one criticism, it would be that I received my package, but then several days later I received the updates about it being shipped to me.

We absolutely Love it and it is DEFINITELY a conversation piece every time someone visits our home.
