After 3 months and sending my raw data…
After 3 months and sending my raw data twice they've told me that with My Heritage data after October 2025 they can't do anything with. They were telling me that they didn't received my raw data although I had my attached data emails.

We’re sorry for the frustration and for the confusion surrounding your uploads. MyHeritage changed its testing chip in the fourth quarter of 2025. Unfortunately, data produced using its new chip is not currently compatible with our system, so we are unable to interpret or process those files. Our autosomal transfer page lists the file types currently supported from each testing company, but we apologize that this limitation was not communicated more clearly during your experience. We’re also sorry that you were unable to take advantage of the free transfer.

Scam
Scam. They let you think you can upload your raw data and use some of their features but it's not true. Once you upload it, you'll see that you have to pay 19$ to 'unlock' any "service" which by the way is a lie. After a week, nothing is processed yet and no answer on the delay from their 'customer service'.

Waiting for ages in uncertainty

I recommended this site to my friends…
I recommended this site to my friends re uploading their data to find matches, supposed to be done in a week, many weeks later we are still waiting, disappointed.

DNA companies like AncestryDNA regularly update the format of their data files, which can sometimes cause issues with processing uploads. Complex and user unfriendly dashboard and user interface
One of the most user unfriendly planforms out there. The platform hides quite simple data and analysis behind sequences and sequencing data few people understand. For goodness sake, make the menus simple: where can one find one's Data (Y-STR haplotype etc), descent from common ancestors and family finder.

I tested myself and several relatives
I tested myself and several relatives, very pleased with both customer service and the results. Familyfinder provides you with not only autosomal-matching but also haplogroups. And theyr Discover-reports for Y-DNA and mtDNA is really good, both showing placement in the tree of mankind and matching you with both archeological samples and historical/famous figures.

Extrem ungenaue Ergebnisse
Extrem ungenaue Ergebnisse. Bei anderen Anbietern bekomme ich genaue Regionen angezeigt, die auch größtenteils mit der Familiengeschichte übereinstimmen. Ich bin Deutscher, dessen Familie seit Jahrhunderten aus Süddeutschland kommt. Aber hier bekomme ich wirklich jeden möglichen Quatsch angezeigt. 4% Baltikum, 11% Skandinavien, 2% Levante, 2% Aschkenasim, 15% Iberien, 18% Griechenland & Balkan, 2% Irland. Gerade einmal 46% Zentraleuropa. Aber dazu gehören dann Frankreich, England, Benelux, Dänemark, Deutschland, Schweiz, Österreich, Tschechien und Westpolen dazu. Danke für gar nichts. Dazu muss ich nur in den Spiegel schauen, um zu wissen, dass ich Zentraleuropäer bin. Kein anderer Anbieter hat bisher ansatzweise so einen Quatsch angezeigt.

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Herkunftsschätzung so deutlich von Ihrer dokumentierten Familiengeschichte und den Ergebnissen anderer Anbieter abweicht. Wir verstehen, wie enttäuschend das ist. Herkunftsschätzungen basieren auf Referenzpopulationen und statistischen Modellen, die sich von Anbieter zu Anbieter unterscheiden. Besonders in Europa können sich genetische Muster verschiedener Regionen stark überschneiden, sodass Ergebnisse nicht immer klar mit heutigen Landesgrenzen oder bekannten Herkunftsorten übereinstimmen. Dennoch nehmen wir Ihr Feedback sehr ernst. Unsere Herkunftsschätzungen werden kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und können sich mit zukünftigen Aktualisierungen verändern. Initial issues with shipping was resolved.
Update: A rep replied to me within a few hours with an apology and the kit was sent out right away. I updated my rating accordingly. I ordered a Big Y DNA test on saturday 04/18. Five days later, and the order has not even been shipped. Very disappointing that a few hundred dollars does not even deserve basic service in their eyes. i wish I read the reviews before ordering because this sounds like more of a pattern than a mistake. If anyone from the company is reading this, please don't offer services that cost a few hundred dollars if there is not an intent to deliver them within a reasonable time.
