I have worked in FS for 5 years and LOVED it- Now that they have combined all data from everyone's trees, my work is absolutely worthless- This has been HEARTBREAKING. I read somewhere that "everyone makes mistakes , and to "politely explain to the other person their error." this would be nice if it was a single new mistake.. But now I have 20 other people's info, full of errors- some have posted names of LIVING persons... attached totally incorrect sources with comparing dates, geography etc, It is NOT one person- It is 10s of people being sloppy in their work.. and I am not, have not been a perfectionist BECAUSE it was MY tree and I can continue to add sources when I find them, and fix my own mistake.. Once again, I am HEARTBROKEN

Awful. Basically a scam so they can baptize your deceased relatives by proxy irregardless of whether they were even Christian. If you add anything they won’t let you delete. Deplorable, unethical and frankly unchristian behavior. Beware.

It couldn't find me apparently. I put exact information in and it brought up absolutely nothing on my existence so I would strongly question its validity.

Poor website, draws you in with promise of being able to use for free but wont let you do anything without providing a ton of personal info

I have tried many to login in my account because I had a new information on one of my family members but they won't let me into my account,also they got my family's info wrong.i do not want to refer anybody to this website.i don't like this website. It was good until up to a point that they lock me out of my own account

Your details on my family are compleat wrong!! My grandad was born in ENGLAND. and so were all my family!!

The software used by this company is inferior as well as their customer service. Some time ago I discovered that my parents had photos of my wife and I attached to their profile. There was no way I could correct it so I contacted customer service and they assured me they corrected the problem. Yesterday I go on there and discover the photo they used was just moved and that our wedding photo is still tagged as my parents. And to top it off, I do not even know the person doing the tagging. I am sure there are gobs of other mistakes on there as well. I am done with this company. Any moron can go on there and put anything they want. Beware!

I visited the family centre in Uk a few days ago , Whilst there I chatted to a member of the staff he mentioned his wife was related to Elvis Presley I jokingly said I’d love to have him in my tree. Days later I’ve checked my famous relatives and would you believe it ! Elvis is now in my list of famous relatives as well as every us president. They are not trustworthy or serious about your genealogy ,I too have traced my line back to Adam & Eve which I now know is not possible , as a serious genealogist wrote that in 35 years he had NEVER come across anyone who could trace there line bak to the beginning . I now have to go over my tree and erase all info gathered from this site. Waste of my time , please everyone stay away from this site .
