I went there to get a dog harness and the product was advertised for a dollar. The head manager refused to sell the price as advertised Christian Garro is horrible, she should not be a manager she should be aware of policy, it was more than one item in that place there at that price, and she would not sell the item at that price, and she wouldn't let her employee that was there at the time, handle it as she was supposed to. It just really upsets me, because I've been in the retail business, and I know how it works, and I just can't wait for Christina to read this. So she know that she needs to go back and take some classes and listen to policy. And then if you don't want to sell the item for that price, I suggest that you go walk around the whole store and make sure everything is in his rightful place and price. They have no way for you to get a human when you are trying to file a complaint as if they are trying to not take accountability for how their staff treats their customers. I tried to file the complaint on the computer through their little automated system, never received a call never received an email back stating that they will address the situation, I have pictures, I upload the pictures to prove what was going on in the store still no response back from management, I just think it's very ridiculous in the way that they treat people, especially when you go in there and spend your hard earned money on the regular.

This is about the Family Dollar website and it's affiliated store, Dollar Tree's website. First, for at least the past year I've tried to log in to the Dollar Tree website where it gives me the opportunity and then takes it away in less than a second. On April 18, 2023, their Support Team said in an email this was a known issue and to please give them a grace period. Today's January 22, 2024 and the website is giving me the same problem. Today, on the Family Dollar website and after signing in, I went to their Deals category. These deals claim to be available for ordering online either to pickup in store or ship to home. After selecting a few items that I would be interested in, there was no way to select a quantity nor, would the "Add to Cart" function work. Their options to "Pick up in Store" or "Ship to Home" also would not work. Some items are available from some "store" but they don't tell you which store. Maybe you have to try every zip code that has a Family Dollar Store. This has also been going on for at least a year. In addition, several months back I tried their app and I still couldn't achieve my goals. My suggestion to all retailer's who offer online services on their website or offer an app is to test them out. Your losing a lot of business from those of us who likes the online shopping.

I was going in to be hired but because I worked for dollar tree over 8 years ago by a woman named Linda who had a personal grudge against me and my girlfriend at the time I was put down as a none re hire now this is before dollar tree bought the company I not eligible for re hire this complete B.S. and i will be seeking legal representation.

Store #12470 . I went inside to make a purchase at ~600pm. As I was walking up to the register a male behind the counter was counting money by the ATM and reeked of Marijuana. The entire check-out area smelled of Marijuana. Check the cameras at the time to see who the employee was behind the counter. Thanks.

Asbury Park family dollar employee Ms. Marsha Crill is (VERY) disrespectful towards customers.She has a negative disposition and needs courtesy training. Her disrespect almost enabled me to step out of character. Nonetheless I refuse to compromise my maturity. Please retrain this woman on the importance of courtesy and respect. Thank you

I’m a regular customer I come at least 3 times a week to the same store the customer service has went down since the manager Justin left the whole vibe of the store feels negative if it doesn’t change I am going to find a different place to shop at

I tried to use your app it stinks!! I wanted to use the $5.00 coupon on Thanksgiving Day. And yes I had it clipped on my table at home. Would not work on my phone also. I also resetted my password. Problem s with that also. Store would not give me the coupon code . I talk with Jason, and his hands are tied. Your company policy?? You have lost a $60.00 purchase for this day! So what are you going to do about this?
