I went to the store family Dollar 34112 Murchison road 28311 Fayetteville North Carolina I've been going to the store for years I went in there today October 26th approximately 255 to 305 or 3:10 I walked in I kept hearing a loud voice saying man man I can't walk in cuz I knew she wouldn't talking to me but then she started coming closer with the man so I turned around and she told me I can't come in the store I had to leave because I'll be stealing out of here that's a girl I don't understand my old woman I'm a grown woman I don't be doing no I got you on camera I told her I know you f****** lying you ain't got me on no camera because I don't see you so she going to show me a picture of a young girl she's racial profile me by my hair because the girl had dreams I got plaits in my hair yarn place in my hair and I'm great all at the top of my hair that was some young girl with Dread she ain't even looking she just went by the hair is she going to apologize to my I'm sorry no you should have been sorry before before you did that to me people without the cash register it was in line paying for the grocery people was in the store and she was that loud she embarrassed me she humiliated me and she raced your profile me and when I got ready to leave I told her again you can't be doing that just calling people out trying to say they were still because of what their hair look like I proceed to go home I cried for it a little bit because I was embarrassed so I went back to go get her name the lady that was working at the cash register there wasn't the lady that rang me up she said she didn't know who hired her I guess you didn't want to say anything I said you hired here you working here you don't even know who you are under over said no she said I'll call somebody she actually went pick up the phone and wasn't even talking she started doing a lot of texting a lot of texting so after she finished texting the lady that was actually at the register you actually been working there for a while cuz I've seen her a whole bunch of time I asked her for the name she act like she didn't want to give it either and then she said her name Emily then she going to say well I don't know her last name sure you do you just don't want to tell me so I asked me what was her name she said her name was j a i or something like that she didn't give me her last name Eva so I'll be getting to walk out and ask her what was the store number she going to tell me the store number right up that's not the store number that's the address what's the store number she said 8:40 I don't know if she was telling the truth or not just lying about everything but she did follow us out then after we going to call corporate I said you got doing right I'm calling corps but you're not feeling embarrass me immediately at me and raise your profile me because I got dreads not only that y'all got a whole film of the store with the girl walking in there and leaving out of there first of all I'm just able I live I slide my feet I got to drag my feet when I walk cuz I can't really walk that was clue number one that it after the second clue is I'm great at the top and these are yarn plates I got in my hair she has straight dreads and my yarn price are way longer than her plus she dressed like a stud dress like a boy that look like I was dressed like them during boy I would give this zero rating and that's one store I always go to I love going to it I'll be in your three or four times out the week and it doesn't make no sense for somebody to come there and I accuse me falsely of shoplifting I am appalled and I think I'm going to get me a lawyer for this they going to compensate me for something and I go get a form of apology but I do want to be compensated for being embarrassed and humiliated like that and profile racing me cuz I got dreads in my hair

The manager Sarah of 2502 Lockbourne Rd very rude no customer service skills whatsoever she walked away from a customer asking a question today which was myself and I am a older woman was not coming at her in a combative or rude manner she should have to take a course on customer service and communication

Went to the Harlan Iowa store #13183 on 10/11/26 at 1:00 PM to buy some birthday cards. The employee was AWFUL did not say one word to me when I walked in took her time getting to the register. Plopped my cards on the counter after I paid and walked away. No sack, no thank you, NOTHING. Unbelievable!!!!

Family Dollar 2041 American Blvd, Orlando, FL 32839 I went to this spot just trying to grab a few basic things for the house and the whole place was straight trash. The store is unsafe as hell. You can’t even push a cart or stroller through the main aisles without running into random junk stacked everywhere—you literally have weave through clutter just to walk. The cleanliness is even worse, real nasty. The food shelves had straight dirt and grime all over them. On top of that, the front was completely dead. Nobody was at the register, workers were nowhere to be found, and the whole front felt sketchy and off from the jump. When I finally spotted the manager, they had a whole attitude and were rude for no reason. I dropped everything, walked right out, and I’m definitely not stepping foot back in this place again.

Terrible store!! Especially the Boardman store! I went there to run in for 1 item and when I came back out after waiting on the cashier to try to figure out how to do their job in a filthy store, I’m blocked in by a semi at 5 pm in the evening when everyone is trying to get home! When I asked them to move, the store employee ROBERT, cussed me out and told me to jump the curb illegally to get out! Then the truck driver proceeded to to cuss me out! I have the whole thing on video and plan to go viral! I will NEVER shop here again and am just hoping and praying for the day that this one closes down like all the rest and we get a GOOD store in town cause we badly need it! Harvest foods is better but is very busy at time, that’s why I came to this store and won’t be back EVER! They lose another LOCAL CUSTOMER 💯

This old lady that works there stood there and was talking to this man while I'm just waiting.......and waiting, finally she started working again taking her time. she rung up my things I handed her a twenty and she said you don't have to throw it at me!! I told I didn't throw it at you it's still in my hand and I would like to pay and get out of here if your done talking!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway she was the rudest saleslady I ever met and for that reason I will never go back into a family dollar store again.

Well well well Store number 12369 in Bryan Tx on Beck street. If you go in theee be prepared to feel like you’re still outside. It is so uncomfortable shopping in there and the workers I feel bad for said the air has been out for months.Wowwwww!!!! They really care about their customers and employees. I know what is being said if you don’t like it then don’t go I want and a few customers said the same. Shoutout to the employees that I would always see hang in there. Family dollar you should be ashamed 🤷🏾‍♀️ I said what I said

went to website and asked for a dog collar was shown dog food instead if family dollar cannot present a better website then they will never receive any MONEY from myself!
