I am so glad Erica was there for you with patient, solid guidance as you set up and adjusted a debt management plan.  We know what a big decision this is, and we pride ourselves on being a "concierge" type service, and her fast response and ease of getting in touch with her is exactly what we strive for.   We also know how things change, and people have a lot of questions and need to be comfortable.  I will make sure she hears your thoughts and that the non-profit debt management plan she created with you will lower those interest rates, creating a real path to getting you out of debt forever!

We know this is a big step, and having clear answers makes a big difference in how comfortable we feel moving forward. After 30 years, we understand how anxious people are to get relief in place, which is why we focus on being responsive and straightforward. We also take pride in having a caring team — no commissions, no pressure, and the option to avoid phone calls if that’s easier. Our goal is simply to help people put a realistic plan in place and move forward with less stress.

This option is fairly new for us, and it came directly from listening to clients. Over the years, many people told us they were hesitant to move forward because of negative experiences elsewhere or because the last thing they needed while dealing with debt was more pressure or constant phone calls. We wanted to offer a way to work together that feels respectful, calm, and on your terms. There are no commissions here and no pressure to move forward. If a plan isn’t right for you, or isn’t right right now, that’s important to us too. Our goal is simply to provide clear answers, honest guidance, and support so you can make the decision that’s best for you. We’re really glad you felt comfortable and supported as you got started, and we appreciate you trusting us.

So glad to hear we responded quickly and with helpful information. We really do pride ourselves on giving each client personal, one-on-one attention so you never feel like just a number. A real person is always reviewing your situation and responding to you. We know how important this decision is. It’s a big step, and you deserve clear answers, timely responses, and follow-through. Meeting those expectations truly matters to us. As for encouragement along the way, we do send a congratulations email or text each time an account is paid off, but your idea of a progress tracker is a great one. I’ve added it to the agenda for our next management meeting to see what we can implement. You can also rest assured that we are in regular communication with creditors, always working to secure better concessions for our clients. Many creditors genuinely want to help and offer amazing benefits such as zero percent interest. Others are tougher, and care about nothing more than getting every dollar they can, but each year we make progress, and I promise we won’t stop advocating for our clients.
