Just checked your account and we have paid your creditors between 3 and 5 days after receipt of funds. Creditors are paid electronically so they should post the next day. Weekends and holidays affect that of course.

Thank you for your feedback and for the kind words about your experience. We reviewed your account and can confirm that your payments are being sent out within the same few days each month. Our system keeps payments on a steady schedule, with small changes only if a date falls on a weekend or holiday. Some creditors send automatic late notices based on their own due dates, even when payments are being received through the program. As you mentioned, these notices do not result in late fees while you are on the plan and are not reported to the credit bureaus unless multiple payments are missed. I just reviewed your credit report, and in the year or so you have been on the program, your credit score has increased significantly, which we are very pleased to see. Of course, no one wants to see a late payment reported on their credit report, and we take this seriously. However, we do not report to the credit bureaus, so we are not able to make any changes to how or what a creditor chooses to report. Regarding the creditor you mentioned, our records show payments were made to them each month within two days of the 10th, and all payments are sent electronically. I also verified this directly with the creditor, and they confirmed the payments we issued were received and posted timely. In situations like this, it is most often related to the status of the account prior to enrollment. However, that would need to be discussed directly with the creditor, as they control the reporting and would be able to provide a full explanation, or correction if needed.
