We’d like to clarify what may have happened here. If a payment is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, the creditor does not receive that payment, which will cause the account to show past due. When that occurs, we reach out right away by every method available, email, text, and phone, so it can be resolved quickly and your benefits can be protected. We have received two emails from you asking why one of your accounts was not paid. We responded to both and asked that you contact us to discuss making up the missed payment. We have also sent multiple texts and attempted to reach you, but we have not yet received a response. We will continue trying to reach you, but it’s important to know that when a payment is missed, creditors will also begin contacting you directly. Our goal is to help prevent that and keep your plan on track. We are hoping you see this and reach out to let us know what’s going on. Please contact our Client Services team at 877-322-8330 or email [email protected] so we can review your account together and work toward a resolution. We are here and ready to help, but we need for you to talk with us and work together to create a payment plan.
