DocuSign is actually a third-party company we use for secure electronic signatures, so unfortunately we do not have the ability to change how their system works. I don’t believe there should be any additional documents needing your signature moving forward, but if we do, we would absolutely be happy to mail the documents to you instead and you could simply mail them back to us. Thanks again for the feedback and for allowing us the opportunity to help you work toward becoming debt free.
