We understand this can all be stressful, especially during the initial setup period. Your plan is progressing normally, with several creditors already approved and the remaining accounts in process. We requested additional information from you to continue setting up the plan, and we received it today, so we can now move those items forward. Some creditors respond very quickly, while others can take several weeks. There is never a need to make a full payment to both Family Credit and your creditor. While your account is still being set up, you may need to pay the difference between your regular payment and the reduced payment we are sending until the new terms are accepted. You can see exactly which payments are pending, which have been sent, and the payment dates through our client portal. We’re always happy to review your accounts with you, so please reach out anytime you have a question or would like an update.
