DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you have an issue you will not be taken care of. I have been going back and forth with this company since christmas when 2 of my 4 sets came in for my family of 4. We were all so sad as jammie’s is a tradition we love. However disappointment has led to completely frustration. This company is horrible and they keep repeating that because 2 came in …even though it ruined the matching christmas pajama experience …customer service is insisting they have no returns so all I can get is a partial refund. This company’s customer service is AWFUL, do NOT buy from them, they charge premium prices for xmas jammies but do NOT give any service to match the pricing. This is my first 1 star review I think maybe ever… :(

BEWARE!!! Ordered pajamas for my daughter which was one size to small. Even though their site clearly says Easy returns within 30 days is not true. Received an email from Gracie saying no returns as it is custom made which was not the case. Just wanted to exchange for 1 size up. She offered a 50% discount and the code did not work.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We ordered three pairs of pajamas and none of them fit (2 too small and one too big.) The material they are made from is AWFUL (cheap polyester) not cozy or soft, despite looking like they are on their website. After a protracted (3 week) fight with customer service, we have nothing but unwearable trash clothing and no refund. PLEASE, don't deal with this company. Learn from my mistake! Pajamas were ordered on 12/9 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. The company has stopped responding to emails. As these pajamas were for Christmas, we had to scramble a few days before Christmas to find matching pajamas for the family. We ended up paying a ridiculous amount at a store for a last minute purchase as well as being out the money for the pajamas we still haven't received. This company misleads you.. the product is China made. Does NOT come from the USA.

I spent over $287 for pajamas for Christmas Eve. I ordered December 1st even confirmed via email they would be delivered on time. WHAT A SCAM. The website stated local in states. They don’t answer the phone number listed. They never shipped until over two weeks later FROM CHINA and now they are stating sorry things go wrong and refused to refund me even though I’ve never received them and won’t receive them before Christmas. They emailed stating my area has restricted shipping. BS. I get UPS, FEDEX and USPS delivered just fine. Ship from China over two weeks after an order and lie on your website about being in the USA. Going to the better business bureau and giving a complaint as well. The website and phone number provided on my confirmation are bow both disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Demanding a refund!!!

The website has a local address and phone number. The first thing i check to see if the items are coming from overseas or the USA. Very misleading. I ordered our pajamas on 12/4. It is now 12/21 and no pajamas for our Christmas party. Tracking shows my order is sitting in customs. WTH. The website also states orders made after 12/14 maynot make it by Christmas. So, 12/4 won't make it either. I paid for express shipping also. Frustrated because now we are picking through the leftovers in the stores. This is a very deceitful company and a thief

SCAM ALERT!! The quality of the pajamas are horrible, super thin, dog sizes are NOT accurate. The order takes for ever to be processed. On top of that after waiting weeks for it the order is wrong, wrong design. We called the number listed and nobody answers it, it doesn't even ring "The wireless customer you called its not available at this time, please try again later" Then they claim that they have contacted you to resolve the issue and its a LIE! Don’t buy from this company ever!! Overpriced, quality is the worst and none existent customer service. It shouldn’t be allowed to do business in USA.
