Not a fan of the fabric ands ran too large. Poor quality considering cost of product.

I ordered pajamas for my whole family for Christmas in November. I checked shipping times and they should have arrived the week before Christmas. Of course, there was a delay. I checked it, found it very difficult to talk to someone but was able to email. I was told they wouldn’t arrive by Christmas but they would try. Some of my order arrived but some didn’t so I was not able to use for Christmas. The material was not a great quality. It felt very rough, not soft as described. Also, the pants did not match the description as they were a different color. One of my items were a totally different color than the rest. Just an overall not great experience. While the design was great in theory, I won’t be a return customer.

We were not ever able to actually talk to someone even though they give you a phone number. We sent measurements in twice and asked for their opinion and we ordered the size they recommended for our daughter, who is 7 but tall and skinny. We put the pants on her and they were 2 to 3 inches too short and we go on our trip in two days. Pajama bottoms are very thin and seem like the sizes run a little small.

odd sizing. Shirt incredibly uncomfortable and itchy, also smells terribly. Will be going to goodwill.
