I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option, so I gave them the lowest review that I could. I am so thankful that I used PayPal that way they don't have my CC information. I placed an order on 2/12/25 for one of their robotic puppy. I am handicapped and I thought that this little robotic puppy would keep me company while my husband was running errors. Also it looked like we both could enjoy watching the puppy do his tricks with no mess to clean afterwards. They kept charging me many times for the same order. I contacted my bank and put a hold on my CC number, The bank was able to stop all but 1 charge to the CC used. I did receive the puppy today 3/4/25. It was nothing like it was described. Instead of a USB plug it took 2 AA batteries. The only thing that this puppy does is run forward and backwards and barks. Nothing like stated, it did not lick your hand, follow you as you walk and it was not soft and cuddly. This puppy is hard plastic . BUYER BEWARE. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 1 order for $12.99 and at check out I was charged more than $30. I did not complete the order. I hope it doesn't go through. Let's see what happens.

garbage. stay away. added fees onto the price afterwards. also they show prices in CDN, then charged in USD. AVOID AT ALL COST

I received my dog after several weeks & was i ever disappointed. It was a battery operated, stiff dog that did nothing but scoot on the floor & bark. It is cute but not what it is advertised as being. There was no USB plug either

I ordered the puppy in 12-24. So far I haven’t received my package. They said it was delivered. I called Post Office and they told me it was the wrong tracking number. FedEx and UPS said the same thing. Don’t waste your time or money with these scammers.

This is a fraudulent company. Mid January 2024 I ordered a puppy for our granddaughter for Christmas but it was a different website name but the man in the picture that was making them is the same. I paid $23 for it and to this day never received. They should be ashamed of themselves but if course they have no values or morals!!!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from them. It's been 3 weeks and still no product. The tracking shows it was in Italy then they sent another tracking that said it was in China. I would never buy anything from them again. All I did so far was give them money and I got nothing. Terrible terrible customer service
