The puppy's I order was not what was showed on the website so I would like my money back

Received after 4 weeks, showing on website express delivery. Very cheap product. Not even a close to the advertising on the net. A battery operated, doing nothing, just bark. It's very irritating continuously bark. A shit toy dog and company. Must be banned for selling and advertising.

It was not what was described it looked big in the video after receiving it I think it was 3in tall what a waste of money

I bought the robot puppy. Appearance matches but not the functionality. It was mentioned usb charger but its battery operated. After putting the battery and turned on , it just vibrates and doesn’t move at all. The product doesn’t work. Waste of money. Its just worse than a normal puppy toy.

Puppy looks nothing like the ad. Eyes had fallen out and just laying in the bag, took forever to arrive, general poor quality. Do not purchase
