Hello, I really do not like to give a negative response. We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I have to be honest here. I am very disappointed. While the fairybell tree is beautiful and the talk of the neighborhood when it works, it only works for a few days before it quits. I order parts and it works again for a few days. Usually the parts come within a few days. This time however I have been waiting almost 2 weeks. I missed the judging of our community Christmas light contest and a big portion of the season. So frustrating when I spent hours decorating our property with the fairybell as the centerpiece. We bought the fairybell because it wasn’t a Chinese company thinking it would be better quality.
