A little bit of a con ! Great lights but we just bought a £400 6ft tree as it was advertised well and even a video showing how it goes up . We were sold but when it turned up there no pole ? So basically it’s useless without it ! Guess what it’s not included!!! Whattttt… it’s another £150 for the pole but it doesn’t state that on the advert anywhere not even at checkout! Madness, What a con ! Watch out for this one folks . Very disappointing and dishonest

I tried last year to make a purchase of a LED flag pole Christmas tree. Despite what appeared to be a completed transaction and notifications of pending shipping my credit card was never charged. I tried reaching out to customer service twice, without resolution. I am rating them now because twice in the last week they have emailed me asking me to complete this survey. Bottom line….they didn’t seem concerned last year, but suddenly want my review.

The kit that I bought with my Christmas flagpole was supposed to come with a storage bag it did not come with the free storage bag. It was false advertisement, saying it came with one

I would recommend to not buy a Fairybell and look for another brand. We bought a Fairybell and paid extra to add their own flagpole. Only after coming home and opening the box to read the inside instructions it mentions that you have to take it down when it is windy otherwise it will snap. I would have never bought it when they had mentioned this on the box, but they refused to take it back. So I would stay away from Fairybell, very bad product and lacking in good customer service! Added after companies reaction to my review: (Not) funny how the company now asks me to contact them to solve the problem after I wrote my review. I have had multiple contact moments with them in the past asking them for a solution and each time they kept on saying that they could do nothing for me. So I do not trust them and advice you to not trust them either. Find yourself some other nice lights for outdoors.

I ordered three trees. I paid for 3 trees. I received two trees. I have emailed the company three times with no response.

Purchased after Christmas season. Will not be opening until next fall. Yet keep getting asked to evaluate product. Shipping was not prompt. Tracking not accurate. Other than that, I do not know what to expect. Rolling the dice hoping it was a good purchase.

We ordered two 13 foot lit trees and did not receive them as they were back ordered. I had to reach out to find out what the status was and then received a survey. as of now I’m not really happy. Since the holiday is now over and I still don’t have the trees.
