The light’s net itself very confusing tried to looking for the open part to wrapped around the pole itself. it very difficult, because they all in black and they look the same. You guys need to do the color code to eliminating the confusion out of Assemble process.

Great product, but lacking on instruction. I’ve always used detail instruction booklets to aviod using online instructions. 1-No detailed booklet. 2-You advertise outdoor use, then warn of affects from moisture exposure. Create waterproof connectors. 3-Can’t replace single bulbs? That’s Okay. You have modular replacement parts. A photo pamphlet of parts ,cost, and other methods of purchasing besides online,would be nice. People like to see choices, different accessories. Do you have your own flagpoles ( 20’-30’ ) for sale?

I ordered a tree and found my eyes to be bigger than my space and ordered a tree too large. I needed to return the product and did so through email. The process was fairly easy. We did have a couple of miscommunications initially but when we got past that all was figured out and my refund was handled promptly and cordially. I will be purchasing a new smaller one since I liked the look of the larger one. It's just what my yard needs to top off my decorations. B

I’d like there to be a commercial flag pole option. Designed with a larger girth. I had to attach an elastic cord at the top and couldn’t use the base strap from my hoop kit and had to easily fabricate one. Other than that I was very happy.
