The tree is beautiful. However, the packaging and instructions could be improved. The lights and cords were very tangled. Some patience with the installation yielded a great tree!

It was easy to install the door Xmas tree my experience in ordering it was very difficult and calling to resolve the issues was not resolved in calling are in a email , I had to to create a account to get the order processed

I placed an order and after 3 weeks of waiting for my back ordered item to come in I got an email saying it wasn’t going to come in before the end of the year so they refunded me and gave me a 20% off another item. The waiting and minimal response was frustrating but in the end they were very helpful and compensated for the inconvenience of not getting my original order so I got an upgrade. There trees are beautiful and the deals are pretty nice. I recommend checking them out.

The tree is absolutely gorgeous and even better than expected. I would have given five stars, but the instructions were difficult!

We ordered the 25' tree for a community tree lighting event. The order process was easy and we received the tree shortly after. Set up was fairly easy and the tree was a real crowd pleaser. The only reason we didn't give it five stars is that the instructions could be a little more detailed and it would be nice to have a tree topper attachment. We had to rig something up to place a star on top.

This is a three person job. It will take you at least an hour to get everything laid out properly. The part of the pole that goes in the ground is not sturdy enough to hammer in.

The product is too pricey by at least $100. You would get more customers with a price cut.

Received sooner than expected and was very easy to set up!
