We installed our Christmas light tree and it worked the first night. It didn't work the next day. We emailed customer service, tried the troubleshooting actions they suggested unsuccessfully, provided them with the info they requested, and nothing. No response. Christmas came and went with no reply, so we re-sent our request for return and refund instructions. We are now struggling to get a refund from our credit card company. All we wanted was a Christmas light tree! April 3, 2023 update: I was contacted by Corporate customer service and am working with them to remedy the situation!

Nice look but the lower wiring it a favorite thing to chew for squirrels. The product is very expensive and should last many years for such a premium price. If it has a metallic sleeve on the lower wiring this might eliminate the fascination of the squirrels to chew the wires in two.

My expectation were the main structure of the tree would be much more robust than it is. If the cost had not been as high as it was I would have expected what I received. Main hanging attachment (bent wire) should be a solid ring of heavier gauge. On the positive - the tree is beautiful when lit and a hit with grandchildren.

****update**** Eventually I got a new department within the company that responds to reviews. That person made it right and replaced the unit for free. For this I have raised my review to 3 stars. I hate that it took that much to make it right. That being said they did indeed make it right. My strong recommendation is that if you buy this product raise it on a proper flagpole and do not buy the pole they offer, as it’s flimsy and won’t hold up to wind. I get that you should lower it in wind but you don’t always know when it’s coming, or you may not be home due to work or family travel. It’s very very pretty otherwise. Original review: Don’t buy this product. It’s extremely expensive and the pole they sold me to go with it snapped within two weeks. When the pole snapped the wires broke as well rendering the whole thing trash. Then they said it wasn’t covered because of wind and suggested i file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Almost 700 for two weeks of pretty. They aren’t even trying. They offered a 15% discount on a pole as a consolation, when They are offering 25-35% off new orders on the website to the general public. Very very disappointed and upset. They won’t stand behind it. Almost 700 bucks gone. I expected many years of enjoyment. I got two weeks.
