All aspects of customer service, website and so forth were great. The disappointment came when I opened the box. I bought this for my home because I have a company and we bought the same height tree for our corporate headquarters. I was expecting the same product with the mid ring and the bottom ring that help support the tree. Our overall opinion is the product is not as robust from a quality standpoint. I unfortunately purchased another one for our company at the same time because we had a strand of lights last year go out on ours.

Ordered 20ft 2000 led flag pole tree. Didn’t receive optional pole ordered called customer service 5 times after holding est. 10-12 minutes was disconnected each time, resorted to FB messenger to reach company pole arrived late but..

I dont like it and feel it is not easy to put up. The instructions were horrible for the base. Wish I never bought it.
