FairybellReviews of fairybell.us

I had a problem with the product, but Fairybell worked hard to resolve the issue to my full satisfaction. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Called up customer service to see how tree was staked to ground because it differs from video and instructions. Must stake using bungee cords.

Merchandise even better than described.

The tree was much easier to set up than I expected. It's sturdily built. Made it through some wind and snow without any issues. It's lovely, Got a lot of positive comments from impressed neighbors. Not difficult to take down either.

I have ordered the flag pole Christmas tree kit 2 years in a row, so we now have a total of 4! Fairybell is super easy to work with, they respond quickly to e-mails, shipment is fast and the quality of the product is outstanding.

Really nice deco for the yard. Easy to put up, easy to take down. Instructions are a little difficult to understand but once you put it up 1 time it's a piece of cake. I already had a 20ft flagpole and it worked perfectly. Gonna get a few more for next year. Love this product and you will too.

The tree is elegant and unique. We received may complimentary comments on it. Set up could be more clear but I figured it out. I would like to see Fairbell do other 'curtain of lights' type of figures.

Quality product, easy assemble, and it looks beautiful
