Pole is extremely flimsy bends in 15mph breeze

I like the lighted look of the tree. I like that it has its own pole. I like the customer service. I don’t like the daytime look. I wish it had some sort of topper. I don’t like that I was missing key pieces in one of my trees. I don’t like that the trees cannot be connected to each other without buying accessories, and this is not clearly stated. I don’t like that one of my plugs died after only about a week of use. I don’t like the price, I bought mine on sale. The price would be fine if I didn’t have so many other dislikes.

Said pole was included in original purchase. Was not. Then when ordered seperate flagpole for $130 , the geound stake was supposed to be slanted to dig into the ground easier, and it was not. Not impressed at all for a total of $600

You would think for the amount of money that it cost the ground stack would be made better and thicker,a pvc pipe would and is bettet

wrong one sent or description was not correct for what i needed.. i have the older 600 light tree with 5 strings of lights. i ordered 2 different ones that the picture shows for 5 but it only had 4 plugs. the other one i ordered the wires between the plugs were to short. so i could not use that one either.

The Instructions were completely unhelpful. Ground sleeve for flagpole not long enough for stability.

ordered two trees, one was well packed and went up easily, the other was miss packed and took hours to untangle. Directions very lacking

Love the product. This is a replacement for one I bought several years ago. This one broke three days after I set it up. One section is out, the wires separated. Seems more fragile that the one I got a few years ago. I will try to repair the broken wires.
