I love my Fairybell lights!! Instructions could be a bit better, but I’m looking forward to having them up again this year!!

I have 3 trees on one side of our 5 acre property: a 26' 1500 bulb multi-color; a 20' 2000 bulb soft white and a 20' 1200 bulb multi-color. All three are gorgeous but I've had issues with all three when I received them - thus 4 stars rather than 5 stars. The 26' came with the wrong power connector and was unusable. Response from the vendor was polite, and very quick. The 20' white tree's power distribution lines were bundled so tightly when shipped that several couplers were deformed and would not couple. There was also some tangling and disconnections withing the tree itself. I was able to remedy all of that with some home ingenuity and a smattering of bad words. The 20' multi-color had the screw screw caps installed backwards (during manufacturing) on the some of the connectors between the tree and power. This prevented them from securing those connections and making them water-tight. The tree also had a preponderance of green bulbs and significantly fewer of the other colors. It looked nothing like the color distribution of the 26' tree. Originally I thought it was ugly and was going to return it, but it grew on me. The company was slow in responding to the issues of the wiring couplers (a little over 3 weeks), possibly due to seasonal workload. When we finally connected, they were very polite, aplogetic and thorough - providing quite satisfactory remedy. Overall, I love the trees, they are festive, somewhat elegant, and relatively easy to put up and take down. I've had the 26' tree up for 4 Christmas seasons, from Thanksgiving to January second or third. It's performed well and still looks vibrant. I've had the smaller trees for one season but am optimistic that they'll perform just as well. On the whole - a good experience with the trees and the company itself. BTW, the neighbors all love the trees too - they can be seen from across our lake and general consensus is that they're festive, cheerful, bright, and NOT obtrusive or Clark Griswaldy.

Bought my flagpole tree in October. One panel went out. Did the test and they are sending a new panel right to me. Easy Thanks

Have to search around to find the parts department, but very quick on confirmation, shipping and delivery!

Great product. fairly easy to setup. wish. it was a little brighter and need better instruction

Great product and a cost effective solution for Christmas decor. Directions for set up need a serious upgrade and overhaul. Step by step, pictorial update would be very helpful for future customers.

8’ tree package was complete; easy setup. While I understand the reasoning for a hollow “ground stake” (nests inside other “tree trunk” stakes & lighter weight), a solid ground stake would be much better-over time, the top will mushroom & be harder to extract from the ground. Very attractive at night!
