We love our tree, but the lights do not stay on when the weather turns, specifically when it rains. I'm not sure if that is intentional for safety or if there is a glitch in the wiring system. We love it when its working, but we live in a very wet area of the country.

Well, I love the lighted tree on my flagpole and how easy it is to set up. I do not like that the wires break easy and have had to pay for replacement strands after 30 days of use.

One of the twist caps was installed backwards on the string meaning I'm not able to properly seal one of the strings of lights at the plug. Seems like a pretty big oversight and makes me a little worried about leaving it outside in the rain as it seems less weatherproof now.

The product turned out pretty decent but for 360 plus dollars I expected a little bit more. If this tree was 200 dollars it would be a five star but the directions were not well done and the set up was a little bit cumbersome. Final product was ok.

I sent over a note upon receiving my recent 10’ tree. The box was opened and had been taped several times. It looks like this was a return and then just re sent to me. I never received a reply. I also have a 20’ tree and asked how many lights do I have. I can’t find my record but I’m sure you have it. I was told to look on the bottom of box which I do t have. Seems passing the buck is the indicator I get when asking something or no reply. I want to order another tree but your inventory is gone.

The product, so far is nice. Customer service not. Emails went unanswered, phone calls, forget it. The number would tell you to have your order number ready then tell you to email them and disconnect the call. The order arrived in a box that looked like it had been through the war. Tape all over it and beaten up.

We just can’t understand how the stretch loop pieces are supposed to lock into bottom of door, so looks kind of bad. Instructions are very vague. ( click, click ) are only actual words. Our tree rides up the door.
