Easy to install and such a beautiful product. Everyone loved it.

I love Christmas lights and my husband hates them so I was surprised when he came back from a farm show with a Flagpole tree. One of my sons helped him put it and and it was breathing! However, after three days, an animal chewed up the wiring harness. The guy were able to fix, but I called and a new wiring harness was sent and arrived quickly! Thanks!

Thanks for the quick warranty response.

So far everything’s been great it looks beautiful. Only issue I would have is that a 33 foot tree is really pretty better on a 25 foot pole because I have a 35 foot pole and it’s about 10 feet before the top

I am very impressed with FairyBell’s commitment to keeping customers happy and satisfied. While I still wish they’d answer their phones, I LOVE the flagpole Christmas tree and always receive multiple complements annually from Passers by. Highly recommend!

Delivery is fast and awesome

Fairybell is absolutely dedicated to customer care and satisfaction. We LOVE our flagpole Christmas tree lights - and we love Fairybell because they are so committed to making sure we get years of enjoyment from their product.

I’ve only had the product for a few days. Seems well made, easy to set up and a beautiful display.
