Flimsy pole and Lack of customer support = 1 star review
EDITED 2/23/2023 - Today I received a replacement pole for the 13 foot LED tree from Fairybell. I am pleased that they honored the warranty for the product and I am looking forward to using the tree again in the Christmas season later this year. I am disappointed, however, that it took a negative review to get the company to respond and address my problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The pole that came with the 13 foot LED tree is very flimsy and did not last one Christmas display season. It appears that there may be a warranty, but after reaching out to Fairybell about this issue, I have received zero response, other than an email to ask me for this review.
