I ordered the Death Note series for my son for Christmas. Not only did the shipping box have “Death Note” written on the outside of the box (which my son saw while bringing the box inside- ruining his surprise) the books are FAKE! I just checked their return policy and it claims they won’t accept returns?! For $85 FAKE books- oh I don’t think so! I expect a full return. I would recommend not purchasing from this company. 1 star is being generous.

The order arrived in 11 days. I'm very happy with my experience with this website. I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews they've received. They were about 30% cheaper than Walmart.com and they're the only ones who had 21 volumes as a set.

I ordered an 8 book set for my daughter's birthday and chose expedited shipping to ensure arrival (3-5 business days) even with the indicated 48 hour order processing time. The website leads the buyer to believe orders ship from within the USA. The order is now leaving India over a week after it was placed, after I've contacted the company through all channels available twice to indicate I no longer need this item. As soon as I requested cancelation they created a FedEx tracking number and went completely unresponsive. FedEx is not in possession of the item 2 days after the label was created, so it could still be canceled with a refund issued. Don't be fooled by good website and US address - the company is deceptive and I will report if a refund is not received.

its a scam site with manga knock offs . dropped $100 on a new box set, arrived completely used, pictures and ink looks like it was printed blurry from a screenshot. box set of 21 books, only 8 were in the box and it fell apart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I received my books in the morning in August 26th, went out and grabbed them right as they were delivered, the box was DESTROYED, but the inside was heavily wrapped so I thought it might be fine. I was wrong. At least 10 of the books were bent or disconfigured in some way and they were NOT EVEN THE BOOKS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. I don’t even think they were real copies of the books. I reached out to them within the hour, still haven’t heard back. They claim they want a full unboxing video on their website, but you wouldn’t know that until after you’ve opened and seen the ruined books. The company needs to respond to my emails or this review with a solution to my issue.

I ordered a set of professional reference books with guides and tabs. I likely saved $100 based on what is on Amazon. I paid for 3 to 5 day shipping and got them a week later than I would have liked, but I am happy with the product. The shipping was fast considering it came from India, but don't wait until the last minute to order.

1 star is 1 too many. I received a bundle of manga with damages to the boxes and turns out THEY’RE FAKE! Customer service is non existent, so good luck trying to get your money back!

I am very disappointed with the order I received. My mom ordered me the whole One Piece set (all four) for my birthday, and it just came in today. It turns out all the books are fakes or copies, and there were even clearance stickers printed onto these knockoffs. I feel really bad for my mom because all she wanted to do was make me happy, and we were both disappointed. I hope everything can be resolved soon and a full refund is issued to my mom. I would recommend not buying from this company.
